Gina Raimondo’s disturbing rhetoric comes just a week after a second assassination attempt against former president by deranged Democrat mercenary.

Biden’s Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo urged Democrats to “extinguish” former President Donald Trump “for good” in the upcoming election.

“How did we get here? Let’s extinguish him for good,” Raimondo told MSNBC. “We have the answer, we have a remarkably talented candidate who is sincere, pragmatic, who’s open. Let’s just get it done.”

Raimondo’s rhetoric is particularly tone-deaf given deranged Democrat mercenary Ryan Routh tried to kill Trump last week at his golf club in Florida, the second such attempt in two months.

The New York Times later hailed Routh as a “crusader for causes large and small.”

Additionally, Trump confirmed on X Tuesday night that several Iran assassination teams are trying to take him out.

Big threats on my life by Iran. The entire U.S. Military is watching and waiting. Moves were already made by Iran that didn’t work out, but they will try again. Not a good situation for anyone. I am surrounded by more men, guns, and weapons than I have ever seen before. Thank you to Congress for unanimously approving far more money to Secret Service – Zero “NO” Votes, strictly bipartisan. Nice to see Republicans and Democrats get together on something. An attack on a former President is a Death Wish for the attacker!

Of course, Raimondo’s rhetoric tracks with other Democrat politicians and pundits who’ve spoken out against Trump, such as Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) saying Trump needs to be “eliminated” or CNN contributor and ex-CIA spook Phil Mudd saying “the government’s gonna kill his guy.”

Just today in an appearance on The View, Joe Biden imitated smashing an insect on the desk after Whoopi Goldberg compared Trump to a bug.

Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris also joked about murdering Trump in an appearance on Ellen Degeneres’s show in 2018.

Years of the left’s radical rhetoric explains why 28% of Democrat voters surveyed last week believed America would be better off if Trump was assassinated, with another 25% saying they were “unsure.”

Democrats know this kind of rhetoric is dangerous and reckless, especially since numerous attempts on Trump’s life have already transpired — they just don’t care.
